Mnemosyne notebooks have some of the smoothest paper and their ruled notebook can be used for daily notes. Each page has a header area at the top for date and title, slightly heavier lines at an interval that can be used to break the page into three sections if desired, double-sided printing, and they're micro-perforated for clean removal.

Measures 7 3/8" wide x 9 7/8" tall, 160 pages. Perforated white 80 gsm paper, 7mm ruling (30 lines per page), slightly rounded corners on the cover. Wire-o bound, black plastic front & back covers. Made in Japan.
